Hi Owen, We’ve been following Corvane’s cell culture and analysis workflows and value your team’s contributions to right-first-time batch execution. My team developed Chainpoint, a single-system method designed specifically to preserve custody across fragmented sites while delivering more accurate records. By standardizing the entire workflow, it reduces both audit preparation and hands-on time by approximately 2× compared to traditional multi-system tracking. Would you be open to a brief introduction to see the difference in traceability and record completeness this approach could add to your operations? We’d be glad to demonstrate how Chainpoint can standardize and simplify your sample pipeline while producing inspection-ready documentation.
Hi Mariia, thank you for reaching out. Sounds interesting. Happy to learn more about Chainpoint.

Great to see you're interested, Owen!
I'd love for you to directly connect with Dr. Ingrid Voss, our CEO & Founder, who will be glad to send you more information and discuss your use case.
Can you please share your email for Dr. Voss to send a note? Just as a heads up, Dr. Voss is at the Ridgeline Life Sciences Summit, so there may be a slight delay, but she'll email you as soon as she can.

Hi Owen, We’ve been following Corvane’s cell culture and analysis workflows…
Hi Josh,
To ensure we maintain momentum while I am at the Ridgeline Life Sciences Summit, let's use a two-tiered approach for responding to inquiries:
Tier 1: For CEOs and Directors. If the person interested is a CEO or Director, please continue with the plan we discussed: acknowledge their interest and let them know that I will reach out to them personally as soon as I return.
Tier 2: For Lab Managers, QA Leads, and Operations Staff. For technical leads, we should provide immediate value without delay. If I haven't responded within 24 hours, please send them the following technical overview:
"Thank you for your interest in our technology. Chainpoint is our proprietary all-in-one custody system designed specifically for the end-to-end tracking of research and clinical samples.
A few key technical highlights:
- Broad Compatibility: It is fully compatible with major LIMS platforms and networked freezer monitoring systems.
- Simplified Workflow: You only need your existing sample identifiers plus Chainpoint for the entire chain of custody.
- In Place Precision: You can track the entire inventory while it remains in its existing system of record, resulting in a complete custody trail without the need for manual data migration.
We invite you to check our website at [Website Link] to see testimonials and sample audit exports from the diverse labs already utilizing this technology."
Josh, let me know if this works for you. I want to make sure the technical teams get these details right away while I focus on the strategic meetings here.
Best regards,
Ingrid

Josh,
Quick update on Corvane. Owen and their QA lead have both come back with detailed questions about LIMS compatibility and how we handle validation for a multi-site rollout. Good sign.
I'm travelling for site visits this week so I'll put together proper answers early next week rather than fire off something half-formed.
I'll let you know once I've followed up.
Best,
Ingrid

Hi Ingrid,
Thanks for the update, that's great news!
If it's easier, can you share who else you're in active conversation with or have time scheduled with, so we can mark them accordingly in the respective tab?
Safe travels!
Josh
